CBD & The importance of Physiotherapy

Funded and supported by CBDexperia @ www.CBDexperia.com

It is wide known the benefits of CBD for health and medical based conditions. However, we can only sell CBD as a food supplement as were not part of the big Pharmaceutical companies chain of command.

Never the less, the majority of CBD consumers are taking it for ailments such as pain and muscle issues, a very common reason is sciatica.

Although it is well researched the benefits of CBD for such physical ailments, it is still no cure, CBD will help relax the muscles and dim or remove the pain, the underlining issue causing the conditions are still there.

Its so very important to ensure that for a long-term solution of getting better you need to consult a physiotherapist as they can help repair the damage that is causing your pains.

Premier physiotherapy clinicis a private physiotherapist based in Latham Lancashire UK, people travel from all over the country to see Oliver as his clinic is one of the best in the country.

They tailor their sessions to suit each person, they are very informative, sensitive and knowledgable and there prices are not as expensive as you may imagine with the word private involved, making visiting them a wonderful experience.

When you combine the use of CBD with a good quality and well-educated physiotherapist the results are life changing.

Its worth remembering that a physiotherapist will need to examine you to locate the source of the issue, therefore your first few sessions will be locating the issue rather than aiding it, therefore you should not expect results instantly.

Physiotherapyrequires patience and dedication, you will need to do some very basic, easy and quick exercises at home for your treatment to be worth while.

Physiotherapy requires you to work with the physiotherapist to get you better, the physiotherapist can not do it all for you.

A physiotherapist should not make your condition worse, with our referred physiotherapist linked in this post we have not had any reports of worsening effects, we contract Oliver from Premier physiotherapy clinic for our work force.

Fast facts

  1. Some people use cannabidiol (CBD) oil to help relieve pain with 100% success.
  2. Many say that CBD has provided better pain relief than normal pain medications.
  3. CBD oil is extracted from the hemp plant. It’s a type of cannabinoid that doesn’t cause the “high” feeling associated with cannabis.
  4. CBD may cause side effects that include forgetfulness.
  5. CBD should be avoided by those who suffer from hypotension.
  6. Our own bodies generate a type of CBD and stores excess CBD in our fat cells to use later.

Cannabidiol (CBD) oil is used by some people with chronic pain. CBD oil may reduce pain, inflammation, and overall discomfort related to a variety of health conditions. CBD oil is a product made from hemp. It’s a type of cannabinoid, a chemical found naturally in hemp plants, it is a different plant to weed, cannabis or skunk but is in the same family of plants. Hemp and CBD doesn’t cause the “high” feeling often associated with cannabis, which is caused by a different type of cannabinoid called THC.

Studies on CBD oil and pain management have shown a great deal of promise. CBD can offer an alternative for people who have chronic pain and rely on more dangerous, habit-forming medications like opioids. But there needs to be more research in order to verify the pain-relieving benefits of CBD oil, science shows that CBD can also be effective on our nerve based pain.

Keep reading to learn more about the potential benefits of CBD oil for pain. You can also talk with your doctor to see if it is an option for your condition.

CBD for chronic pain relief

Researchers think that CBD interacts with receptors in your brain and immune system. Receptors are tiny proteins attached to your cells that receive chemical signals from different stimuli and help your cells respond. This creates anti-inflammatory and pain killing effects that help with pain management. This means that CBD oil may help people with chronic pain, such as chronic back pain.

One 2008 review (https://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/pmc/articles/PMC2503660/) assessed how good CBD works to relieve chronic pain. The review looked at studies conducted between the late 1980s and 2007. Based on these reviews, researchers concludedCBD was effective in overall pain management without adverse side effects. They also noted that CBD was beneficial in treating insomnia related to chronic pain.

The authors of the study also noted that CBD was most helpful in people with multiple sclerosis (MS).

CBD for arthritis pain relief

A 2016 study (https://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/pmc/articles/PMC4851925/) looked at the use of CBD in rats with arthritis. Researchers applied CBD gel to rats for four days in a row. They applied 0.6, 3.1, 6.2, and 62.3 milligrams per day. The researchers noted reduced inflammation and overall pain in the rats’ affected joints without side effects.

The anti-inflammatory and pain-relieving effects of the CBD gel could hold promise for people with arthritis. However, more human studies are needed.

CBD for cancer treatment relief

CBD oil is also used by some people who have cancer. A few studies in mice have shown a reduction of cancerous tumors. But most human studies have involved research into the role of CBD oil in managing pain related to cancer and cancer treatment. The National Cancer Institute (NCI) (https://www.cancer.gov/about-cancer/treatment/cam/patient/cannabis-pdq#link/_15) has pointed to CBD as a possible option for relieving symptoms caused by chemotherapy.

One study by the NCI tested CBD oil extracts sprayed into the mouth. The CBD oil was used in conjunction with opioids. This study revealed better pain management with the help of CBD oil. But more research is still needed.

Research also shows that CBD is generated in our own bodies, in tiny amounts, women produce lots of CBD in breast milk to help with the baby’s development, this is 1 main reason breast milk is far superior over powdered milk formula. Still our bodies don’t produce enough CBD to aid with some conditions, by taking CBD as a supplement we can add more to our bodies system.

Conclusion

Based on the information linked above you can see how our conclusion and advise bellow is valid, it is not medical advice nor is it a medical claim, but mealy advise on using a product based on research from government medical professionals.

CBD when taken in excess will be stored in our fat cells to use later, based on this for those who suffer chronic or bad conditions it may be worth consuming a large dose of CBD of around 300mg over a day or two, by vaping the product you should see results within minutes to hours providing its vaped correctly (see tips bellow). Once you have consumed the high dose you should top up  with smaller doses each day at the onset of pain and discontinue once the pain disappears, repeat each day as and when need, this dose would be different to each person, if its pain then its best to dose to keep you out of pain.

Tip 1.Is to inhale the product and hold it in, this is important as it allows your body to consume the entire dose rather than exhaling 80% of the CBD, saving money and getting a better result.

Tip 2.Vaping on a good ecigarette is best, using the pen type is good, the style that are about as wide as a cigar are best for chronic, if using a mod box (the type that produce huge vapour clouds) that has variable wattage try to keep it bellow 25 watts on a 0,5ohm coil or 55 watts on a 0.15 ohm coil. Ideal Watts would be at around 15-20 watts to prevent burning off the cbd.

Tip 3CBD is stored in fat cells, the longer you take CBD the less you need for the same effect, therefore, over a few weeks you should get the same result from as little as 10mg of CBD even if it originally took 300mg to obtain the same effect.

Tip 4.CBD will not FIX a problem, pain is caused for a reason, in most conditions activities such as physiotherapy could fix the problem that causes the pain, CBD has the potential based on research above to MASK the pain to offer temporary relief until the CBD levels lower, for long term pain management it would be best to seek medical advice on how to resolve the source of pain and use CBD to help with the management of the pain while working with medical professionals to resolve the source of pain.

Tip 5. Its is suggested in medical journals such as the ones linked above that a person is best to have a build up supply of cbd in fat cells for better effects for pain management, based on this it would be reasonable to comment that underweight persons may struggle to get a satisfactory result from CBD for some conditions or may have results that last a minimal time, based on the detailed information from medical journals it would also suggest that persons that are morbidly obese may need to consume a lot of CBD making it a very expensive form of therapy. However there is no evidence that makes this comment a fact.

Tip 6.It is also recommended that you do at least 30 minutes of exercise daily while using CBD (exercise that gets your heart pumping), exercise is believed to increase blood flow around the body and therefore increase the amount of CBD running through your system, this would increase the likely hood of CBD hitting the source of pain. However there is no evidence that makes this comment a fact it is a suggestion that seems to show better results based on what people report.

Understanding Pain & CBD Pain Relief, Using CBD for Pain Relief

Funded and supported by CBDexperia @ www.CBDexperia.com

Before we begin, a few posts we have produced may also be useful to you, such as a post about the scientific research behind CBD in relation to Pain Relief, and The importance of CBD along side Physiotherapy.

It’s important to be able to manage pain in multiple ways than relying on Pain medications or CBD to do the job for you. By combining multiple strategies to manage your pain will offer results to allow you to run a normal pain-free life.

To do this you need to understand how pain works, The truth is, nobody knows how pain works, it’s very complicated, understanding the basics is just as good and the results are unbelievable.

We will talk about the top most common reasons that increase pain levels and how to reduce them to keep your pain down to a minimum.

The top reasons for increased or raised pain are:

  • Stress
  • Tiredness
  • Unbalanced diet
  • Mental wellbeing
  • Physical Wellbeing
  • Medications

These will not cause pain but will slow down the healing process and intensify the feeling of pain.

You may be thinking to your self, what does stress and the rest have to do with pain?, shorly they can’t contribute.

If you are thinking this then you are sadly mistaken, please do not dismiss this, we will explain it all and it will all make sense, we urge you to read this entire page.

It goes without saying that pain is a highly unpleasant sensation that we do not like, and we will do just about anything to rid ourselves of pain out of desperation. Although two people may have the same condition or cause of pain they may both feel it differently due to a number of basic factors bullet pointed above.

We have seen a huge amount of people come to us to buy our CBD products to relief pain, and although CBD does work for such issues, its important to understand that CBD could be making your condition degrade further.

Why? We feel pain to protect us from damage and to remove our selfs from dangerous situations, Pain is a self defence and protection mechanism. As CBD works so well at pain relief when taken properly (and enough of it) you will naturally ignore the need to correct your posture or limit the pressure on the area that is causing you pain, therefore increasing the damage long term.

So, how do we protect our selfs from further damage while taking CBD? By simply being self aware and having the knowledge within this post.

Lets understand pain and how it’s processed: We feel pain when a signal is sent through nerve fibers to the brain for interpretation. In fact we don’t actually feel pain at the source of damage, we just think we are, our brain is very sophisticated and so is our body.

If you scrape your leg, your nerve fibres sends a signal to the brain, one part of the brain determines which part of the body the signal came from, another part of the brain is responsible for figuring out the threat level and damage and then your conscience part of the brain is responsible for the visual aspect and your response to it then links all the data together to conclude a reaction.

Pain is then signalled within the brain, and remains there, not at the source of damage. Sometimes the brain can get this wrong and we can feel pain down a leg when we have a nerve trapped in the lower spine. The greatest trick is distraction, distraction is the best pain relief. Some pains are simply that bad it can’t be distracted.

Stresscan make pain feel more intense, When stressed your body releases chemicals and your muscles contract, if you have any kind of pain stress is bound to make it far more intense, you must limit your stress levels right down to enable full pain management and relief. CBD helps in several ways, CBD relaxes the brain and muscles relieving that tension and in time reducing those chemicals.

Tirednessplays a key role, when we are overworked or just simply tired we tend to take shortcuts in the way we sit, eat, breath and relax, all this will build up tension in our muscles and most often brings us to a volatile state, making us short tempered and moody. This does not help pain, as it releases chemicals and tenses us up.  Get a good routine in place is key, maybe a little ylang ylang or Lavender essential oil in a diffuser or cream before bed.

Unbalanced Dietsalso play a role in our response to pain, without the correct spectrum of nutrients in the correct amounts we suffer badly, and our bodies just can’t heal a cause of pain while struggling to tick its self over. Plus so many foods have natural pain relief properties, such as flack or hemp seeds, curry powders such as turmeric and even garlic, are all anti-inflamitorys and pain relievers.

Mental and physical wellbeing helps in so many ways, simply getting a small dose of exercise and getting that blood pumping will have a huge difference to your pain levels, blood circulation is vital to recovery. You don’t need to be out of breath, just a walk for ten minutes a day or a light jog will do the trick. This will also improve your mental wellbeing, depression, anxiety and other negative mental conditions or thought processes can make you feel down and negative, and in turn magnify your pain ten fold, CBD is great for this as it relaxes the brain and calms the body responses to it, it may be good to try massage, or even meditation, don’t be so quick to shoot those recommendations down, they actually do offer real help for pain when used correctly.

Medicationare another aspect, medications don’t actually work, at best they may offer some form of deception, or temporary relief, medications are no fix for pain and some meds simply will not work for some pains, such as codeine will not work for nerve based pain, and ibuprofen will not work for a cut or wound. You should only use medication to aid the symptoms of pain while you work to fix the source of pain correctly.

Pain is ultimately in the head, using psychological strategies, physical strategies and maintaining a healthy diet is key.

Using CBD is brilliant to use and combining it with our advice above will give you results that no doctor can, why? because you did it the way nature intended it, the proper way. (seek medical advice before taking CBD and don’t just stop taking your medications without speaking with your doctor first)

In a nut shell: Chemical based medications will never fix you, simply sort your life style out, Get enough sleep, eat properly, avoid stressful situations, exercise a little and relax. Lets not forget to mention that all this is FREE.

Were not saying that you must lose weight and the rest of the medical boards blah, most thin people are the most unhealthiest over heavier people. Just get the blood running through the veins, pump the oxygen into your lungs and eat a few more fruit and vegetables a day.

Use CBD to aid you into relaxation, to de-stress, to calm the body and mind and to provide pain relief, that’s half your battle. Work on your diet and sleep routine, with a little exercise and your on the road to recovery, it is actually that easy to be pain free.

Is CBD The New Antibiotic?

During our CBD studies exploring the possibility for medical grounds, we stumbled across a discovery that holds many promises and warrants further investigation.

We found that in many of our candidates that CBD REDUCED BACTERIAL INFECTIONS. This was not a study we were carrying out however, it was noted throughout all the studies we had taken. We only noticed once we examined all the data together and completely by accident noticed a consistent response from our candidates related to bacterial issues.

We had noted that some of our candidates were suffering from chronic bacterial infections. This includes the following:

  1. Chest Infections
  2. Tooth Abscess (Dental Abscess)
  3. Gum Disease (Gingivitis)

The three listed above were the most common, it is worth noting that candidates did report other bacterial related issues too.

During our trial we had been noted that candidates had reported significant reduction in symptoms for these bacterial infections. Many of our candidates at the time for example were suffering with a tooth abscess, a pocket of bacteria and puss either in the tooth root or behind the tooth root, causing very bad pain, typically the best method of relief is to have the bacteria removed and cleaned by use of root cannel at a dentist.

Those who were taking CBD had noticed that the pain and swelling of there tooth had significantly reduced to a point of which they could continue normally as if they never had a tooth issue to begin with. They still needed to see a dentist to fix the underlining issue causing the infection, however CBD did appear to offer relief and reduce the amount of bacteria grown.

We plan to launch a full investigation in the very near future regarding the potential antibiotic properties of CBD, our test will be conducted using real life subjects and lab grown colonies of bacteria.

There has already been Government approved studies done regarding CBD and its ability to be useful for those who are immune to mainstream antibiotics, the results are pretty promising.

This page is dedicated to the Medical Research for CBD and the discovered or theoretical health implications and probable medical benefits it may pose. We are not medical scientists, we have conducted this study at our own costs with the intention to put our study forward to the medical research groups.

It will focus not only on the positives but the negatives too. We will cover health impacts from a varied set of test done before and after the research.

We used human subjects for our tests, Our candidates accepted a free trial of our products in exchange for information on how it effected them and or helped them. We offered this free product trial to groups of people that had a proven medical history of the categorised medical condition, all products provided contained zero THC. The results were clear.

Legal Statment:

Under British law, CBD can only be supplied as a Food Supplement and not a medication. Even in this trial we ONLY supply CBD as a food supplement with the intention to explore its medical properties based on feedback from the users experience. We do not provide this CBD trial as a medication, or as an option of replacing medication, we only offer it as a food supplement.

We are researching CBD’s medical benefits, hence the element of medical research, this does not mean we supply it under a medical purpose. One of the main goals with this trial is to aid us in investigating the medical properties of CBD and its effectiveness of such properties to help CBD become recognised for its potential medical properties with real life examples to show.

We make no claims that CBD is effective for any medical related condition, however we do ask questions that may be medical in nature in exchange for the free trial of CBD products purely for information gathering. At no point, can we provide any medical advice.

This trial is purely information gathering, not advisory or medically advisory. We have maintained the boundary of law within this trial as it is announced via various sources such as MHRA. To the best of our knowledge we are in no breach of legislation or law.

Can CBD Relieve Sciatic Pain?

First things first, we must remind the reader that under British and EU law we cannot make any medical claims regarding the effectiveness of CBD as the product is a food supplement however, we have done research and produced the results for you to summaries the potential benefits your self.

We conducted a study on 50 people who were able to show that they had a genuine medical sciatic condition. We were able to verify the Sciatic condition by looking at CT and X-ray data, along with information provided.

Sciatica is a condition resulting from an issue in the spine, commonly the lower back, around the L5 S1 Region is the most common. There are a few different forms of Sciatica, the most common are bulged disks, trapped nerve and prolapse of the disk.

Based on what we already know about the medical side of Sciatica, it is no wonder that people suffer greatly with Sciatic Pain, the main stream medications people are issued are the typical Pain killers such as paracetamol and Ibuprofen, however these normally fail to offer any kind of Sciatic Pain Relief.

Those who have been medically certified of the Sciatic condition may be given Gabapentin, Pregabalin, Naproxen or Codeine for the condition. Codeine is a opiate and is genuinely ineffective for nerve based conditions, we still do not understand why doctors issue such a medicine for this condition. Gabapentin and Naproxen combined typically offer a short term pain relief in most patients, however they only last for a few hours at best with nasty side effects.

Some patients are offered surgery and or spinal steroid injections, however the statistic results in reality are not that great. Some are offered as a last resort a spinal nerve stimulator, but many patients complain of electrical shocks which ultimately make the condition worse.

These comments are based on what customers say to us, and most importantly genuine third party government medical statistics.

Many Sciatic Pain victims find them selfs in a situation in the doctors office being advised that there is nothing more they can offer them, and they will just have to live with it. This personally happened to me. All the above happened to me minus the nerve stimulator (I denied it in favour to CBD).

Personally CBD helped with my Sciatic Pain, to a point of complete removal of pain all together. I had a bulging disk on the L5S1, For years I suffered and eventually the pain was that bad that the doctors had to do something to increase the quality of my life, I was bed ridden and in to much pain to work, move or play with the kids.

I had an operation, at one of UK’s best spinal units, they simply shaved the disk compressing onto the nerve. The operation its self was successful however, the NHS failed to provide physiotherapy (still to this day not a mention of physiotherapy, despite asking). Due to this 6 weeks after the spinal operation scar tissue built around the nerve, permanently compressing it, causing more pain than before the operation, and left me permanently bed ridden, in severe pain.

CBD was recommended at this point, within 48 hours I was up and going again, not been bed ridden since. There is a real scientific reason behind this, all this will be explained.

Our research team decided to look into how CBD could be effective for Sciatic Pain victims.

The results were astonishing and very clear. To summaries, all candidates received some level of pain relief for Sciatic Pain. Although CBD is a food supplement and we cant under law make any medical claims, the results are pretty clear. We will explain how CBD helped and how our candidates had consumed CBD for its potential medical properties.

Our candidates used either the Oil or the capsules. The candidates were under very strict instructions to stick with specifically set out dosages.

The main goal of this research was to see how much CBD would need to be used to potentially offer pain relief for sciatic nerve pain.

Group 1- We asked 25 candidates to take 100mg a day for three days, then reduce to 60mg a day for 10 days, then switch down to as little as 20mg a day for the remaining of the three month trial.

Group 2- We asked 25 candidates to take 200mg for two days, then reduce to 100mg for 10 days, then switch down to 20mg a day for the remaining of the 3 month trial.

Administration Instructions- For best results hold the oil under the tongue for as long as possible, at least 1 minute before swallowing. This is a very important step as it allows the main arteries to absorb the CBD before the body filters it out. When using capsules allow the capsuel to melt under the tongue.

Some of our candidates did not like the taste of the oil therefore they swallowed the capsule whole. This did slow down the absorption rate, therefore reducing the effectivity of the CBD within the system.

Both dosage amounts resulted in a significant reduction in pain. The main difference was the time scale for the CBD to take effect.

Group 1-The candidates that had taken 100mg over 3 days, started feeling pain relief within 96 hours.

Group 2 -The candidates that had taken 200mg over 2 days, started feeling pain relief with 48 hours.

Therefore the candidates that had taken 100mg for 3 days had slower results than those on a higher dose.

The candidates in group 1 reported that the pain reduced considerably however would still experience short spells of pain. The candidates in group 2 experienced a consistent reduction in pain. Both groups experienced the same level of pain relief once they had reached the 20mg a day mark.

The amount of CBD within one full pipette of our CBD Oil:

One pipette of the: 200mg bottle oil = approx 18mg of CBD,

One pipette of the: 400mg bottle Oil = Approx 36mg CBD,

One pipette of the: 600mg bottle Oil = Approx 55mg CBD

We recommend capsules to first time users as they are more precise with CBD measurements, best not to swallow, allow to dissolve under tough and hold as long as possible, some do not like the flavour, however the flavour is better than the pain.

Dosage guide for Sciatic Pain:

To summarise the dosage of CBD for Sciatic Pain: It is recommended to take 200mg for two days, then switch to 100mg every day for at least 4 days. The CBD user should be ok with as little as 20mg for the next 20 days and should be able to take 20mg every other day thereafter or on the onset of pain. In our opinion a person does not need to take CBD everyday for the rest of there life to get pain relief.

Why is CBD Effective for Sciatic Pain Relief:

We conducted studies and looked into it further to answer some questions on how it is so effective for sciatic pain.

CBD appeared to work in three separate ways which benefited Sciatic Pain, it wont cure it but it will benefit constant pain sufferers.

  1. CBD helped relax the muscles causing strain and tension around the compressed nerve.
  2. CBD helped encourage our own bodies CB1 and CB2 receptors to develop.
  3. CBD Reduced the inflammation around the nerve.

We noted that the inflammation was significantly reduced after starting the CBD treatment, this on its own offered significant pain relief to the candidates.

It has been known for years that most sciatic issues are a direct result of bad posture and, or, long term muscle strain.  Bad posture provides some muscles to over react and spasm, tense etc and some muscles to become lazy. This pulls the spine out of shape and commonly results in conditions that give the symptoms of Sciatic Pain. We noted that by relaxing the muscles allowed the nerve some relief. When the CBD relaxed the muscles, after a few days the pain reduced further. Long term the goal would be to relax the over stimulated muscles to allow the candidates to effectively work with a physiotherapist to retrain the body and mind to use the appropriate muscles rather than over overing a certain few. With the hope of naturally fixing rather than having to operate on the spine

Both the muscle relaxation and anti inflammatory properties provided unbelievable results for the reduction of pain for victims with sciatica.

Reading other medical research data we noted that CBD interacted with receptors in the body that are directly associated with our own bodies natural pain relief hormones. Due to this CBD could help to strengthen our immune systems. CBD helps develop CB1 and CB2 receports responsable for limiting long term pain, this was a government study and can be read here: https://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/pmc/articles/PMC2219532/

We found that candidates received long term pain relief while using the CBD.

This research has brought us that bit closer to understanding the natural wonders of CBD.

CBD Nasal Spray Safety Research

We conducted studies on how CBD responded to the nasal cavity. The research concentrated on the safety of the CBD method. The results were pretty encouraging however, cbd nasal spray did display signs of warnings.

We made several CBD nasal spray formulas and tested each type. We made the following varieties:

  1. Water based CBD Nasal Spray
  2. Saline based nasal spray
  3. Oil Based Nasal Spray

Out of these formula’s we made several strengths of CBD Nasal Spray (all in 10ml containers)

  1. 60mg of CBD (0.6%)
  2. 120MG (1.2%)
  3. 240MG (2.4%)
  4. 400MG (4.0%)

TEST ONE: How does CBD perform in each of the 3 formulas made?

It became very clear early on in this test that CBD should not be diluted in water or saline (saline is a salt/water mix). The CBD simply splits from the water within hours and sticks to the sides of the container, this made the product unusable as the consumer would simply never get any dose of CBD, at best inconsistent doses of CBD.

We then tried the “water soluble CBD” which helped to disolve the CBD in a water base, but only for a few weeks. It provided an inconsistent dosage on each spray, we also noticed via chemical analysis tests that the water soluble form of CBD is simply CBD with an equal amount of emulsifier (polysorbate emulsifier), which is safely used in cosmetics (for the skin) but using this in the nasal passage was to questionable for its safety.

The water based and saline based formulas were discarded as they would neither be consistent or effective, in some cases questionably safe.

We then moved our concentration onto the Oil based CBD Nasal Spray Formula. It was clear that the CBD evenly distributed through the solution, providing consistent and highly predictable dosages per spray, we used a safe oil for the nasal cavity, a oil that has been used for hundreds of years safely.

As the Oil formula was the perfect solution for a CBD nasal spray, we decided to move to the next stage of our tests with the oil formula.

TEST TWO: Did it have any side effects?

During basic test of the water and saline solution (basic test are were our lab technicians test the product, not the public, we don’t test untested products on the public), we noticed stinging sensations in the nasal cavity, some reported pains in the head/brain region. We do not deem water based or saline based cbd nasal sprays a safe or consistent form of CBD administration, and should be avoided at all costs. These items were removed from the research pretty early on.

This test was observed closely, we issued the oil formula to 100 candidates and asked 50 to use the product 3 times a day and the other 50 once a day.

We had discovered that the candidates using the nasal spray above 240mg (2.4%) formed tiny microscopic crystals in the nasal passage. This was concerning, after further research it became clear that this may cause damage to the nasal cavity similar to cocaine usage. It was also observed that these tiny crystals did not form in the 60mg (0.6%) or the 120mg (1.2%) solutions or the 240mg solution.

Due to this observation we made the choice to ask our candidates using anything above 240mg solutions to discontinue use and replaced them with 120mg or 240mg solutions. The research continued for 3 months.

It was also observed that the candidates that used the 400mg solutions all reported that the benefits they received from the solution was just as effective as the 240mg solution. We looked into this further.

It turned out that anything above 2.4% (240mg) crystallised and was not absorbed by the blood vessels, therefore the CBD was being wasted.

After 3 months of use, it was shown that the Oil based CBD Nasal Spray in the 60mg, 120mg and 240mg solutions caused no damage to the nasal cavity.

TEST THREE: How effective was the spray?

Our candidates reported that the effectiveness was as potent as vaping a 400mg (4%) CBD Vape, or taking a 60mg capsule a day. (based on the 3 sprays a day).

This result was amazing, as it effectively means that the end user can save lots of money by using the nasal spray as they will not need anywhere near as much CBD for it to be effective. We looked into this further.

When CBD is inserted into the nasal cavity it is fully absorbed into the blood stream that rapidly moves to the users brain, distributing all over the body.

When CBD is vaped we noted that a large quantity of CBD was blown out with the vapour when the user exhaled.

With the Capsules we noticed that if the user swallowed the capsule the stomach acids and the liver removed most of the CBD from the body.

Based on this it is clear why the CBD Nasal Spray was an effective form of consuming CBD.

The effects that CBD had on lung tissue after vaping

We had decided to study the effect that CBD had on lung tissue when vaped, we did a in-depth study.

We conducted this study on people that had vaped eliquids for 4 years or more. Before the study we x-rayed the candidates lungs and examined there health. We checked there lung capacity and breath hold capacity.

We then asked the candidates to vape 10ml of CBDexperia eliquid (300mg strength) per day (1 x 10ml bottle per day with 300mg of CBD) for 3 months.

After 90 days (3 months) and 27,000 mg of CBD vaporised we conducted the same health checks on our candidates.

The medical health checks did not show any change, therefore it would appear that CBD offered no additional danger to basic vaping.

We must stress, that this was based on our own CBDexperia and CBDultravape range of eliquids.

We have found many eliquids on the net that are manufactured from oil, which will give the user lipid phenomena.

Vaping anything will ultimately cause some form of damage to our lungs when used chronically long term, we just do not have the medical evidence to show how much or what kind of damage it provides, so far there is no evidence, this does not mean it is safe.

It is also worth noting that the health implication test of CBD when vaped was run over a 3 month period, we simply do not know the long term effects if a person was to vape CBD daily for years.

CBD is naturally an oil within its self, and although we take great care in removing lipids, we cant guarantee 100% removal, There will always be heath risks with vaping.

We recommend vaping as a short term or quick fix solution, and use alternative CBD products for a daily use.

CBD for Pain

100 Human subjects all suffering from chronic pain. All subjects had been advised that the hospitals and pain clinics could help them no further, we tested 100 patients that suffered sciatic pain. We gave 50 of them 100mg of CBD for 2 days and then 20mg of CBD each day for the remaining of the 3 months. We gave the other 50 a placebo over 3 months.

We discovered that a placebo offered no relief to our subjects.

We noticed that out of the 50 patients that had taken CBD 48 of them gained exceptional relief from pain.

Further examination showed some very interesting results in how CBD was effective.

CBD reduced the blood pressure of each subject, we also noticed that each subject had a significant reduction of inflammation in the area of pain.

We believe that the combination of inflammation and blood pressure contributed to the subjects pain.

6 of our subjects could still feel a slight sensation running down there leg from the trapped nerve in there lower back, however they did report that the daily chronic pain had gone. We found this result astonishing as it became clear to us that the inflammation around the nerve had caused the majority of pain than CBD without THC was able to relieve.

This will need a in-depth scientific study to validate the results, however, the results based on this experiment were very impressive.

CBD & Muscles:

We had noted that CBD had a influence on our muscles helping them to relax and ease off. We are not clear as to how CBD has this effect on the muscles and warrants us to look into it in depth.

As the CBD had a relaxing effect on the muscles it allowed the muscles to stop spasms, meaning that those that suffer from muscle cramps, muscle spams and pain-full muscles may be able to gain benefits from consuming CBD.

It was also noted that those who suffer from sciatica originally produced this illness due to muscle related issues in the back, CBD helped to reduce the over active muscles and take the pressure of the bulging disks, offering relief in pain.

CBD for Muscle Building:

there has been humungous progress in the use of Cannabinoids to aid muscle building and athletic performance. Body builders, sports people, athletes and even ordinary people looking to gain some lean muscle can today make use of Cannabinoid supplements to improve their results.

So how do Cannabinoid supplements help to built muscle? CBD drastically reduces cortisol levels in the body. Cortisol is basically the hormone produced by the body to manage stress. Cortisol, sometimes referred to as the stress hormone, is responsible for the hindering of muscle growth in the body.
